8. User Projects and AI-Generated Content

All projects, designs, and creations you make within the app remain yours. However, by using our platform, you grant Creador a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to store, display, and process your projects for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
b. AI-Generated Content
When using features powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), both the data you provide as input and the content generated as output belong to you, to the extent permitted by law. Creador does not guarantee that you can claim copyright or intellectual property rights over AI-generated content, nor that such content will not infringe the rights of third parties.
c. Commercial Use
You may use AI-generated content for personal or commercial purposes, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
d. Public and Remixable Content
If you share your creations publicly within the platform, they may be visible to other users and subject to remixing or reuse under the same terms.
e. License to Creador
By using our services, you grant Creador a perpetual, worldwide, free, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to use, host, reproduce, and adapt your input and output content for the purposes of operating and improving the application.
